We’re Hiring: Freelance Social Media Coordinator Position

Calling all content curators, caption captains and community managers! RANGE is looking for a Freelance Social Media Coordinator, position to be filled immediately. We’re looking for a self-motivated individual who is able to work remotely, has strong communication skills–both verbal and written–and loves all things social! With a strategic and critical approach, the right candidate will play an integral role in building and developing both agency and client social media accounts.  

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years experience in Social Media Marketing
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Agency experience a plus
  • Fluency in Social Media, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube
  • Interest in outdoor, design and active lifestyle brands

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Available 10-20 hours per week to support the below client + brand social media:

Social Media – Client Work (80%)

  • Aggregate client content, news and creative assets
  • Curate imagery and draft copy for social posts
  • Track notable influencers and content creators
  • Provide support on client social media strategy and editorial calendar
  • Post content and engage with community
  • Assemble dashboard analytics and reporting

Social Media – RANGE (20%)

  • Support on RANGE’s social media strategy and editorial calendar
  • Generate social media content on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter
  • Coordinate community building initiatives, such as giveaways, mine and grind practices, etc.
  • Track analytics, especially Instagram engagement and follower growth
  • Engage with social community as needed
